When I start the Whonix session, all can I see is a gray page with the machine icons, but without being able to surf the internet or do anything else.
Someone can help me?

Sounds like VirtualBox?
Sounds like a screen resolution issue? The window should have scroll bars.
Try resize the window. Make it smaller. Then maximize. Then with a properly auto adjusted VM screen resolution should be better.
