I am interested in using httrack and Whonix but I want to make sure I don’t ruin security in unexpected ways, especically in regards to stream isolation since I have used httrack and TBB at the same time in the past.
https://packages.debian.org/wheezy/httrack
One issue is that httrack doesn’'t natively support SOCKS so when I ran httrack under Windows I would use the following set-up.
httrack----Privoxy—Tor—Internet
with Privoxy necessary to forward HTTP to SOCKS5t
So what is the best way to replicate this concept under Whonix without mucking things up?
