How to set up Windows 11 in UTM through Whonix Gateway on MacBook Air M1?

I’m using a MacBook Air with an M1 chip and want to set up Windows 11 in UTM so that all traffic goes through Whonix Gateway. How can I do this? I need to ensure that Windows 11 can’t access the internet directly if the connection to the Gateway is lost. Any advice on how to configure this?

Note that UTM isn’t mentioned on that page, so it’s likely that you’ll need to figure out how to configure UTM the same way one would configure VirtualBox or KVM.
