How to Force Onion Addresses in Tor Browser v8.0.4

I’m trying to figure out how to force onions in my tor browser.

Step 2 says select the “add a rule for this site” button. But this option isn’t present in my version of HTTPSEverywhere (v2018.10.31). Am I getting something wrong? How do we force onions in the current version of TBB?

Works for me.

Step 1 1/2 says “Try browsing to a non-onion site before trying to create a ruleset”

Try browsing to this site and create a ruleset. ( its a https://URI not a .onion)
