How to Backup the Tor Onion Service Private Key (Gateway Whonix) Not using Qubes-Whonix

When i try to go in files its say permission denied ( Failed to open directory Tor ).

Files are in this directory ( /var/lib/tor/hidden_service/hs_ed25519_secret_key )
