How can I fix the panic mode?

In system mode there’s an “oopses“ button, I pressed that and the whole thing is bricked with no warning, honestly I’ve looked around the forums and docs but cant figure out how to fix it, on boot I just get kernel panic.

Temporary Kernel Boot Parameter Change and remove kernel.oops_limit=1 and kernel.warn_limit=1.
