I have a small problem with HexChat running on Whonix with the default settings in place.
i get the below error whenever i try connect to OFTC Network.

- Capabilities acknowledged: multi-prefix
- Closing Link: torrelay6.tomhek.net
(No more connections permitted from your host) * Disconnected (Remote host closed socket)
FYI … I tried to build a new identity from tor-arm on Whonix-Gateway after closing the HexChat Stream, all with no luck !
