Guys can changing cicruits for a single website consecutivley and too many times...

Can it mess with the exit nodes and generally circuiting? There was a website which blocks tor nodes so I changed the circuit multiple times without any break, then it worked… so did that mess with the routing or was that particular node just probably not in the list of public exit nodes hence the website let me through?

Not every Tor exit node’s IP address is blocked by websites. Webmasters generally block abusive IP addresses in a reactive manner, not necessarily by learning those IP addresses come from Tor exit nodes and blocking 2,000+ of them.
