not sure, what you want to accomplish, as Whonix always uses the UTC to prevent time zone leaks, as explained on multiple occasions, like here: Post-installation Security Advice

Don’t use that add-on.
It is recommended to use plain Tor Browser. (Tor Browser Essentials)
Not every message some random page outputs is to be taken serious. It compares the time zone of the Tor exit with your local time zone. If you are using a different circuit [exiting the Tor network from a different time zone], it will show a different “mismatch”.
In short: use Tor Browser and leave this as is.
