Fresh whonix-kvm install gateway error

I just installed whonix-KVM on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and get this error: archive.ph/7QMjE/db57b2036879372a417ab606a336429afca5826e.png

I can fix the error by doing: sudo systemctl restart tor@default but every time i reboot i need to keep doing this. Is this common? Is there a fix?

Might be same as this: [FAILED] to start Anonymizing overlay network for TCP - Tor fails to start a few times before succeeding to start

And might be fixed after updates.
