Facebook Error 500 - Tor users can't log in - Any suggestions? Thank you

I am not entirely sure where to post about this but recently found out that Facebook is showing an error 500 upon accessing their standard website (after normal welcome page, try to login/forgot password/find account etc.) using Tor browser and not just that but their onion based URL simply fails to load and returns an empty blank page. (edit: also same error 500 too.)

Yes, we know how Meta is today but many users rely on Tor network for a reason. This blockade has consequences not known or even well understood.

If anyone has any suggestion, please share. And also, hope we can reach out to Facebook too but how?

Trying to get in touch with them as well but really wish we could together raise some awareness because Tor network is not the problem technically. This is nothing new also and has happened a lot before too but now Facebook just block usage no matter the node or even over their onion address. This part didn’t happen before.

I doubt that Mark Zuckerberg really cares.

Even if we put aside the privacy issues with Meta, Meta is a company that has had almost no customer support for over a decade. I am told that people have sometimes had to sue them in small claims court in order to get them to fix something.

Meta has so much power as a monopolistic platform that they do not have to care about user experience. They even do blatantly illegal things sometimes and only get a slap on the wrist, if even that.

Good luck trying to reach out to Facebook.
