Exit node tor. Help

Good afternoon.
Tell me please. Customize my output node TOR, but did not get it as a output node in Whonyx.

I edit torrc file and add to:

ExitNodes ServerName
StrictExitNodes 1

But when i run the Tor, I get errors in the console.

Type: “whonix” for help.

How to add exit node?

Sorry for the English, thanks to Google translator!

Good day,

Setting a fixed exit node, while beeing possible over torrc, if you somehow got the IP of an exit node, shouldn’t be done. There is no benefit from doing it, however you will decrease your safety by a huge margin. That is why the possibility to do this will likely be patched out of Tor in the future.

Have a nice day,

Ego
