Currently running Fedora(which I might move to Debian), will dual booting Windows with Fedora/Debian create vulnerabilities when using Whonix?
Yes. Including a known piece of spyware in your trusted computing base will add vulnerabilities. If not directly then indirectly because it’s a vector for all types of (advanced) malware that can install itself silently.
