Connect to public Tor network by default / avoid Anon Connection Wizard (ACW) popup at first boot
Not planned.
This was an important news in December 2023. (And discussed in forums connect to public Tor network by default since Feburary 2024, and probably much earlier than that on phabricator.)

Nobody raised an objection.
Therefore this change has been discussed, implemented a long time ago and will not be reverted.
