During development of Orca Screen Reader I noticed that default volume is zero or almost zero. Therefore Initial Setup of Orca in Whonix will set the volume to 50%.
Otherwise a super low or off volume setting might be a general usability issue.
What would be a good default volume? 25%? 50%? 75%? 100%? How do other operating systems handle this?
