Creating a double tor chain

I have two sets of whoinix installed. I need to make sure that gateway2 from the second set takes the Internet from gateway1. That is, make the chain tor → tor.

Discouraged as per Do not Allow Tor over Tor Scenarios.

Also unsupported.
