Circuit Changing Quickly.. unusual

Running Whonix v.8 in Virtualbox on Fedora. I’ve noticed that my circuit changes frequently, actually every time I refresh the page on Whoer.net. Just wondering if this is normal. I was under the impression that the Tor circuit would refresh every 10 minutes. Find it interesting that both IP and DNS change with every refresh on Whoer.net.

Any thoughts? Is this normal?

Doesn’t happen on any other IP checking websites such as whatismyip, check.tpo, etc.

Maybe this is a bug or deception on whoer.net.

I wouldn’t worry.
