xpdf no longer installed by default. (18.0.6.5 and above.)

edit: Unrelated, /etc/apt/sources.list.d/debian.sources should have permissions 644.

I added some more safeguards to prevent this. Next build will show if this is resolved. (18.0.6.5 and above.)
