Cannot set SOCKS proxy in Tor Browser

I am trying to connect Tor->SOCKS.
I set network.proxy.socks in about:config, and it works until I close the browser.
After I open the browser again, the socks proxy is reset to file:///run/anon-ws-disable-stacked-tor/127.0.0.1_9150.sock

How to permanently change SOCKS proxy in Tor Browser?

This can be configured for sure, but I am not sure yet what the best way for that would be. Will document later.

Meanwhile if you can make head or tail of this…:
