Note: I am posting this from virtualbox whonix, I am not blocked by the ISP.

The original error log is beyond the max limit of this post, I have cutted it down a little.

Can be safely ignored.

Answering to auxiliary points for now only.

I am aware this does not fix your issue.

For reference to avoid spreading inaccuracies, the full story is here:

Tor reports: WARN BOOTSTRAP PROGRESS=5 TAG=conn SUMMARY=“Connecting to a relay” WARNING=“No route to host” REASON=NOROUTE COUNT=17 RECOMMENDATION=warn HOSTID=“BCEDF6C193AA687AE471B8A22EBF6BC57C2D285E” HOSTADDR=“198.96.155.3:5001”

Parallel installation of VirtualBox and KVM at the same time is either difficult or impossible. Leftovers of VirtualBox might break KVM (networking or everything) and vice versa.

This is more likely a general KVM installation issue rather than Whonix issue. To fix this, you’d have to make sure that networking is functional in KVM VMs generally before using Whonix.

Only one hypervisor can take over virt extensions at one time.
