In light of the recent Tor Browser issue that broke the New Identity function, which is “safer” to avoid activity correlation by circuit reuse in context of internet activity?
a) Selecting “New Identity” from within Tor Browser
b) Ensuring all applications are closed with in Workstation, ensuring no circuits are being used on Gateway (tor-control-panel) and selecting “New Identity” from there
b) obviously makes more sense in the context of activities that are more than just using Tor Browser.
