Are SimpleX and Cleopatra compatible with Whonix?

I heard that installing Cleopatra needs quite a bit of storage space. Does Kleopatra still work without any problems under Whonix?
Is Whonix also supports SimpleX?

If you mean the KDE app for managing GPG keys, that should work with Whonix, but it does use quite a bit of space indeed. Currently the recommended PGP frontend is KGpg:
