Hello everyone, according to the hardware compatibility list and some people I’ve spoken to, a laptop with 16 GB RAM is necessary for optimal experience with Qubes and Whonix but I only need a laptop with Qubes and Whonix for accessing Facebook and other similar light websites, no gaming, video streaming or anything like that. Will a laptop with 8 GB RAM do the job or will I still need a laptop with 16 GB RAM?
Qubes questions should go to the Qubes support. However RAM is one of those things where the more you have, the better.
