Is there a way to see which circuits were used for which websites?
Why do some circuits have a different number of middle relays? I see some with 1 and some with 2 while there are some with 3?
An finally, is there a way to differentiate if a circuit was used for a clearnet or an onion website (since onion sites have 6 hops, right?)?

system Tor question. Same question could be asked when using Debian + Debian -- Package Search Results -- tor + nxy.
Same as above.
Probably possible using Tor control protocol.
Accessing Tor control protocol through nxy or otherwise. Related:
Tor control protocol usage is non-trivial for sure.
