Normal? What can i do?

I know @Patrick says aptitude is unsupported, but aptitude will tell you what is breaking what, and will give you different options on how to fix it. I am not sure what everyone’s obsession with apt is.
sudo aptitude dist-upgrade
will likely give you better information
Normal.
Result…
sudo: aptitude: command not found
and under root
Could not find the database of available applications, run update-command-not-found as root to fix this
aptitude: command not found
