Whonix Trash can bug

Hello!
My whonix workstation weights too much, the problem is when i try to empty trash, it says"Could not change permissions for ‘file path’". And after that trash is empty but my folder with virtual machhine weights still the same much (92GB cuz I copied and deleted much files)
Please help me!

Try this then try again.

sudo chown --recursive user:user /home/user

thank you, now everything works fine, but what should I do with the VM size? Newly deleted files do not make more VM’s size, but the previously deleted files are still made VM’s size for like 92GB
