          Description: Recommended packages for VMs other than Qubes VMs
           A metapackage, which includes recommended packages which are useful within
           non-Qubes virtual machines. These are not useful in Qubes, since Qubes already
           has native implementations for those.

I wonder if we could remove it? VirtualBox guest additions probably needs update-initramfs (dunno if it works with dracut equivalent if ther is any? Might be better to make initramfs-tools a weak recommended package. (Meaning we apt-get install it during Whonix build, but don’t have some Whonix meta package depend on it.)
