whonix cli doesn't work

I work with Devuan ASCII 2.1 point release and vbox newest version 6.1.30. I installed whonix cli cause I can’t import whonix XFCE. I use Linux since the early nineties but I can’t start a programm. I only get a terminal and a no xterminal. I can use dpkg or apt update but all that whonix help said didn’t work. Always ‘command not found’. The older whonix worked fine. My fault was only to upgrade whonix and vbox. So what I can do?
