Whonix 15 - two issues

Hi there.
I’ve upgraded from Whonix 14 to 15, using the guide Upgrading_Whonix_14_to_Whonix_15

Now drag’n’drop of file from guest workstation to host doesn’t work anymore (it was fine in v.14) and in gateway tor-control-panel utilities-onion circuits no circuits appear (it says “you are not connected to tor yet…”).
Any ideas?

have you restarted your VM after full upgrade?

Yes, I also applied all new updates.

This is only appearing in non-qubes-whonix.
