torbrowser script bug - cannot open local files that contain spaces

i have saved a website in the form of .html , but when i double click on it i get this error message:-

to reproduce this , go for example to http://sharetext.net then type anything and click on submit then save/download the link , then double click on the .html link which is located in the download folder. (open it with TBB) = there.

There is an upstream bug involved here that I just reported.

start-tor-browser.desktop parameter passing broken on spaces

Fixes will appear in Whonix 13. And at some point in the testers repository.

Please re-test this in Whonix 13 testers-only release or when the
tb-starter package is updated. Will take a while. No ETA yet.
