TBB connection interrupt & Error Dialog: "Bad IP"

Using the Tor Browser 7.0a1-hardened, page loading was interrupted with a small dialog box saying it couldn’t connect- “Bad IP”. Is that unusual? Or some type of new feature to protect Tor connections?
