Hi, I want the security of whonix. I just purchased a windows 8 machine and wanted to know if there were some not too techie, easy to follow manual so I can install whonix. Or, do I have to be a Linux wiz before whonix will benefit me. Then I’ll move on to ethical hacking classes later LOL

The answer is: it depends.
For one, a Windows host is certainly not the safest way to run Whonix.
There is Whonix ™ Documentation which covers a lot. Not sure if that is simple language. Certainly, knowledge about Debian Linux is helpful as per Whonix ™ - Anonymous Operating System.
