I downloaded the Bitcoin Core 0.9.1 client on a Workstation of Whonix 8. Tried to install through the terminal and through Dolphin. Does not work(). Could you help me run this Bitcoin wallet?

Instructions don’t differ from those installing Bitcoin on Debian.
Due to blockchain download, you may not be entirely happy with original Bitcoin-qt btc client. Takes ages to download and process, even when not using VMs/Tor.
You might get better help for example from http://unix.stackexchange.com/ or other specialized Linux/Debian/Bitcoin forum.
I suggest using one of the lightweight BTC clients that don’t download the whole blockchain. Last I checked, Electrum and Multibit are popular. Electrum is in the debian repos I believe.
