Remove Imagemagick

remove dependency on imagemagic

I don't see qubes-core-agent-linux make use of `imagemagic`. That's my conclusio…n from a simple `grep`. * https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-core-agent-linux/blob/master/debian/control#L33 * https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-core-agent-linux/blob/master/rpm_spec/core-agent.spec.in#L133 qubes-app-linux-pdf-converter also depends on it. So perhaps qubes-core-agent-linux dependency on it is a leftover after a package split? Also qubes-linux-utils depends on it. But I nowhere see imagemagick being used. It's also a deprecated, transitional package in Debian, not proving any required files as far as I can see. ``` apt-file list imagemagick imagemagick: /usr/share/bug/imagemagick imagemagick: /usr/share/doc/imagemagick/NEWS.Debian.gz imagemagick: /usr/share/doc/imagemagick/changelog.Debian.gz imagemagick: /usr/share/doc/imagemagick/changelog.gz imagemagick: /usr/share/doc/imagemagick/copyright ``` It depends on imagemagick-6.q16 but I don't see Qubes source code using any binaries provided by that package either.
