Red cross on connections on Whonix gateway in task bar

Hi everybody. Quite new to whonix and still trying to install in on lubuntu machine and virtualbox.
after installation and solved the key expired problems using command sudo faketime etc… I have after whonix gateway reboot a red cross on the connections on whonix gateway.
what does this means?

you can see on the connection icon a red cross. on the gateway and on the workstation. That happened after restarting for the first time the machines
