when booting Whonix Xfce in VirtualBox, I get this message on boot

there is no such page as https://www.debian.org//wiki/vu or https://www.debian.org/wiki/vu

Whonix 18 will be based on LXQt, so check if you gonna face the same issue when released.

If you are using the CLI version or if you want to use a virtual terminal, and if you are seeing that message and there is no login prompt, then you can switch to virtual console tty2 using instructions to be found in above link.
