Hello good people,
I was using VPN after TOR with ProxyVM using Firefox Browser in AppVM for some weeks and everything went good so far, but today I saw that Whonix updated their tutorial “Connecting to Tor before a VPN” and I saw some steps in “Security Precautions”.
So I want to ask some questions:
Are these steps necessary in my setup (AppVM with Firefox) ?
Will these steps affect my fingerprinting on anon-whonix Tor browser ?
Is this risky for my other Whonix VM’s since I will change some Whonix system default settings ?
Can someone explain a bit please in a newbie way since I am having a bit trouble of understanding the importance of these steps.
