In terms of gui which gui is better for anonymity and security in qubes-whinox. Wayland or x11. I know x11 has been improve, they fixed the isolation issue but I find that wayland is the favorite over the two, I just would like you guys input on this.
If y’all know of any other gui that is better for anonymity in qubes let me know aswell, thank you.

There’s no user choice at the moment. Qubes is X11 only at time of writing. Even if the answer was (quite likely is) “wayland better”, it’s extremely difficult to port Qubes to wayland. Therefore this is a bit theoretic. Developers are aware of wayland. Feature request are extremely unlikely to speed up the process, I think.
