Need to compose a working meek bridge in Anon Connection Wizard to circumvent shutdown in Russia

More details about the main goal here: https:// forum .torproject.org /t/help-find-working-method-to-circumvent-internet-shutdown-method-in-russia/20600

During shutdowns firewall blocks all connections except the white-listed ones. So I’m trying to break through by using meek bridge since its principle of work is just like for the cases like this. It fakes connection to the white-listed site and this way circumvents censorship. Built-in meek bridge doesn’t work so I tried to compose a custom meek bridge like described in this article: https: //archive. t orproject .org/websites/lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-talk/2015-January/036410.html

I collected in advance a little list of third-party sites (link to the post with full list: https ://forum. torproject. org/t/help-find-working-method-to-circumvent-internet-shutdown-method-in-russia/20600/16?u=toraddicted) that participate in connection to the several white-listed sites in order to try to fake connection to them using meek bridge. As described in article above I took one such address and added it after front= parameter. This way I got the link like this:

meek 0.0.2.0:1 url=https://meek-reflect.appspot.com/ front=www.google-analytics.com

But Anon Connection Wizard says that it’s incorrect bridge and asks to add the correct one. Are custom meek bridges unsupported now in Whonix? Or now they should look different? I can’t get normal help on Tor forum ‘cause there works strict pre-moderation and I have to wait almost a day while my single message will be approved. Moreover, people there barely help me. I set out the goal to find a way through that f***ing sh##hole firewall! For more context you can read my thread from the Tor forum (the link to which I provided above). You can’t even imagine how it p**ses you off every single day! I’m really already sick of it! :face_with_symbols_on_mouth: Any help is extremely necessary. :folded_hands:

Friend, I hope everything works out for you. You’re doing great work. If you succeed, please publish your solution here or on another forum. You can also try to find help in the Simplex Chat group for bypassing blocks in Russia: SimpleX Directory (name: Raylab)

Maybe you should use the Tor browser or Tails? Whonix doesn’t support the webtunnel bridges and the new version of snowflake bridges.

You are not dependent on anon connection wizard.

If anon connection wizard fails completely ignore it and configure Tor using its configuration file.
