Unless you’re hosing on your own hardware or paying a VPS anonymously, I don;t see how you can accomplish this with godaddy.
Tor protects you from DDoS on layer 3 but unless you use a reverse proxy (nginx) with layer 7 traffic rules , your site will be open to http request attacks. Good luck.
