Keyboard display issue

Good day,

I am trying to change the display of my keyboard on my brand new installation of Whonix 14.

This is the command line I use :

root@host:/home/user#  dpkg-reconfigure console-data
Looking for keymap to install:
fr_CH-latin1
root@host:/home/user#

Unfortunately, after rebooting the system, the keyboard’s display remains the default one.

Would somebody please help me to solve this issue ?

I also tried :

 dpkg-reconfigure locales

No results. I am desperate.
