Is this i.p Whonix related or is something sinister happening

I have just tried to ssh into my server, port, username everything correct and double checked. I get the following message

Connection closed by 10.137.3.1 and it doesn’t let me in.

Is this Whonix related? I only ask that due to the ip starting 10.
