hidden service and ssh reverse connection problem

hello,

i have doubts about the hidden service and the ssh usage…

could i use a ssh reverse connection if i want to forward the connection of my vps to the workstation vm?

should i have to run a hidden service on the workstation in this case?

can i do it without any socks/http proxy?

In clearnet context:
Reverse SSH works behind a NAT router / firewall. That’s one point for using reverse SSH.

In Whonix context:
Therefore reverse SSH should work too.
