Dev/KVM - Whonix needs update since linux-image-amd64 is installed by default now in Whonix 14.

Overlooked it’s on the /Dev sub page so make that priority wishlist.

New section added:

14.0.0.9.3: KVM builds, upload, and call for testers required.

Small chance for regression.

Deleted from FAQ since I guess no longer true?

When Whonix is used in combination with [[KVM]], [Dynamic memory management dynamic memory management] of the RAM overhead might be a non-issue. By manually enabling these features it is possible to immediately profit. Eventually, a later Whonix release where [[KVM]] is in use might enable this by default.
