How to copy files from the Guest to the Host and vice versa?

File sharing for Linux guests:
No instructions for Windows and Mac guests. Feel free to research them for your personal use but I won’t include them because I discourage using proprietary OSs.
Nested virtualization needs a 64-bit OS. The upcoming Whonix 14 will be 64 bit
We can install 64-bit kernel and choose it on boot and it work for us both.
If you need a windows-application, and it will not work in Wine, then you’ll have to install Windows in a virtual machine.
With Mac similarly.
