Installing retoswap on whonix 18

i havent been able to install retoswap on whonix 18. i followed the guide on the whonix wiki (http://www.dds6qkxpwdeubwucdiaord2xgbbeyds25rbsgr73tbfpqpt4a6vjwsyd.onion/wiki/RetoSwap). i had installed and was running retoswap without issues on whonix 17 following the same guide is anyone able to help with this?
