I’m experimenting with different software. I install and uninstall different software, sometimes from backports and from third party repositories. It makes my system very “dirty”. Different dependencies, different software versions etc/ I’m thinking about using docker or lxc or pond to keep my system"clean". Does this affect my security in some way ? Or using containers is not recommend ?
I’m asking about running Docker containers inside Whonix-Workstation.

Is digital software signature verification used for docker or lxc containers generally? And for those, that you would be using?
I also recommend to research this as per Free Support for Whonix ™ since this is a general security question. Same security impact if you did that on a Debian (or any Linux) host operating system. Let us know what you find out.
