Ran into a rather severe issue with Kloak, made a bug report for my own reference:

Nearly impossible to scroll in Tor Browser (Whonix 18, kloak v2)

Scrolling works in most applications, but for some reason Tor Browser doesn't se…em to register most scroll events. If the user scrolls too slowly, Tor Browser simply ignores the events entirely. Scrolling has to be done very very rapidly in order for it to register, and when it does register it only moves the display a small amount. Other applications (i.e. PCManFM-Qt) seem to exhibit some minor anomalies when scrolling, but it's still possible and rather easy to scroll. This might have something to do with the fact that we don't support high-resolution mouse movement events yet, but I would have expected the use of only low-resolution events to result in faster and more reliable scrolling, not slower and less reliable.
