Connection breakups and slowness

hello
i have been experiencing lots of connection breakups and slowness
breakups are constant at ~5/10 minutes
if i use TBB on the host [outside of Whonix] it works fast and reliable
i remember there was a similar issue in the past that was related to a linux kernel [i might be wrong]
tried restarting the gateway but made no difference
could not login to the forum from whonix, had to use TBB on the host
any ideas on how to solve it?

hello, hardware is very good, i have been experiencing the freezing issue also, but this is about the connection [gateway]
gw vm ram is at 2gb, i could increase it though
i have the feeling that today it’s already working better [i could login to this forum from whonix and the chat apps are not disconnecting constantly]

So Whonix workstation has been freezing up on you too? How often does it freeze up?

Man is there just something inherently wrong with Whonix?

Only a minority of people using Whonix on VirtualBox experience freezing right? It has to be a small minority who are experiencing freezing on whonix on vbox. Right?

i added my experience with the freezing on another thread related to that issue
regarding the connection breakups it seems to be working fine now, it looks like an update some days ago fixed the issue (for me at least)
