Connecting to server over ssh using whonix. It is really that safe?

I have been connecting to my virtual private server with whonix. But i think it is really that safe ?
It is somehow possible to de-anonymise me when i’m connecting to server over SSH ? Or using SCP?

There is nothing super specific about these applications. However, making broad claims such as “really safe”, which would equal proving a negative, which is impossible to do seriously.
